This site is a tribute to Patricia Griffith who passed away peacefully on 12th November 2021 at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, aged 100 years and of Brynteg. A much loved mum, nan, Gan-Gan, auntie and friend. She is much loved and will always be remembered.
